I Think this is an interesting website where you can buy Paypal Verified Accounts or Pre-Loaded Virtual Visa Cards.

one flaw

03) Preloaded card with 25 US$ @ 45.00 US$

if you go to walmart and get a 25$ prepaid visa card its only going to cost you about 30$ http://www.walmart.com/ip/Visa-25-Gift-Card/16513374 so there charging you almost 15$ extra. if you take there 15$ plus 9$ extra added on you can just get a 50$ card.

Gift Card? They will give you the 16 credit card digits and CVV?

yeah i used it to buy stuff from here tho could be used on other things other then paypal its just like a regular credit card just prepaid and you cant add money to it. looks like this http://vanillagiftcard.net/wp-content/u ... 3/visa.jpg

its just like any other gift card you get but unlike your walmart gift cards where you can add money onto it when you want.. you cant with the visa or master card prepaid. i bought t3de with one of them because i dont have paypal but like i said before it works on other things like buying stuff online that doesnt deal with a paypal.

another thing to think about. why would you buy Pre-Loaded Virtual Visa Cards? to buy that must mean you have the ability to buy anything you want on the net so thats kinda useless if you ask me unless im not thinking and the virtual card can do stuff the pre paid cant.
