it is whatever you make of it tbh.... if someone is already batshit crazy then you know what they will be x10 in a world with basically no consequences. As for me i use it to keep me out of trouble and picked up numerous side hustles in the process... Self-taught on fully developing GTA5 RP servers from scratch now i can use my 3d animation skills her and do the same im hoping. Just remember theres always a block button if someone out of line approaches you .. Too easy

I don't think it's weird, if anything its a other form of relaxation and enjoyment just like video games.
I don't know about virtual reality though, I've only ever had the chance to try it out once and only for a couple of seconds.
