Mind if I ask how you know it's working now?

It's not working for my alt, so I'm continuing to look into the matter just to make sure there's nothing wrong with the system.

yes I checked Thirteen100 and I dont see his history.

The problem should be fixed now. Everyone should be able to view the comments page for anyone. Let me know if you find any you still can't view.
