We here at the IMVU Mafias' want to offer a quality forum for everyone to get together, socialize and learn.

To that end we would like to keep our forums free of clutter and spam so we ask that everyone please follow these guidelines when using our forums.

Posts violating these guidelines will be deleted and any medits earned from them will be removed from the poster's account. Continued violation of these guidelines could result in the removal of your ability to post on our forums and a possible ban.

Please keep in mind these guidelines are subject to change at any time.

Posting Guidelines

1) No Flamming, doxing, insulting other members.

  • Cursing is allowed as long as it is not directed at another member in a derogatory manner.
  • Dirty and sexual talk is allowed. Just be respectful of the person you're talking to.

2) No "Thank you" type posts.

  • If you would like to thank someone for something they have contributed to our community, please do so in a way that contributes to the topic. Such as explaining why you appreciate what they posted or what you plan to do with it. Alternatively you can use the karma system to give the person karma to show your appreciation.

3) No posts made entirely with emoji.

  • The only exception to this will be in the social games and only when/if the social game actually makes use of emoji.

4) Do not try to circumvent our word censors.

5) Do not type in all caps.

6) Do not try to farm medits in obviously blatant ways. Large copypastas should receive quote tags. Number counting social games are not acceptable. Etc ...

@kywix bakti

Breaking the forum rules is not a good way to earn medits. Medits are to be earned, if you have absolutely nothing to post about then play the lottery and log in every day to receive your daily medit reward.

Another great way to earn medits is by posting bugs to me. If you find something broken on the site, send me a pm and I'll reward you with some medits.

That only applies to the forums, not the shoutbox.

I just wanted to comment on this so as to bring it back into the forfront in recent so that those that are new to the Mafia may have a chance to read the rules about the forums. This way it does not become buried and become a unread thread which is of high importance.
