Im really sorry you are being treated like that shy. You know its everyone across the board that are being treated like that. Even the veteran players who work for imvu free or so called free. They may get a few gifts or credits here and there but nevertheless they are getting the creap like the rest of us. I think the only ones not are the ones behind the scenes because they know how to get in there and twirk codes to get there account working right. no need to mess with the rest of us. we can just wait it out till they fix all the updates and see where all the loop holes are at. and if its still not a big problem to them it just wont get fixed. What I find really strange is how does IMVU work with so many accounts working on different software but yet all on the same site?? I am one that end up with a crap software i been on imvu to fix and they wont. This been going on for yrs now. This is just a taste of what IMVU support gives me...

Please also check how your computer is connected to the internet. In the event that is connected via WiFi, please directly connect it to your modem via network cable. Please also check if IMVU is included in the exclusions list for your firewall. If it is not listed, please manually add it.

I told them today How do they think Im talking to them if I dont have an internet connection. I cant stand talking to trained IMVU support idiots. ( They trained to be an idiot and get paid for it.)
