No, the increase in risk is small unless of course you rip from a really popular and well known dev. Then the risk increase in greater. The more you edit the assets to look original the less the risk.
Then of course you have to take into account how you use the product once it's submitted and in your inventory. If you don't get caught during peer review or from mesh detection then once the product is in your inventory these are the things that increase your chances of getting in trouble:
-Gifting and/or letting people buy the product containing ripped assets.
-Using the product containing ripped assets in public or private rooms with other people
