Mobiles crashing my imvu classic

Whenever I'm in a public room, if any user who uses a mobile phone enters the room, I suddenly fall down, this happens several times, I've already updated the imvu, I spoke to support and they just tell me to clear the cache, is there anything I can do to solve it?

you could try reinstalling imvu, and look if it happens when its on another account.

You can try:
1) Updating your client
2) Switching to a mafia made client
3) Running the IMVU Mafias cache cleaner, which gives a deeper faster clean than the one IMVU provides: viewtopic.php?p=171175

Also, next time it happens, run this program to copy your log file to your desktop and then you can attach it to a PM to send it to me and I'll take a look to see what's going on.
