Are you talking about mafia medits? to answer your help question…mafia medits are earned by logging in dailly……posting on forums…..just be active and you will accumulate lots of medits…Don Von Alpha Dom has the link for the tuitorial on medits….Goodluck.

I found that Forums help, Especially when your answers have a lot of words in them so I try to look for forums where i can use bigger answers as I am doing so with this one XD
