Two forum placement questions!

I feel like I'm just being blind (not unusual), but are there places for site suggestions and drawn art pieces? I know there's a graphics design forum but I figured that's (at least mostly) things like website type graphics versus hand drawn pictures. My bad if I did actually miss these!

I actually meant suggestions for the Mafias, sorry I wasn't too clear about that! Thank you for the clarification on the graphics forum, though!

If I am understanding this correctly you are wanting to Suggest to the Staff something that may possibly be beneficial to the site? Most of the programming as well as the structure is done By
