The Protection & help I would like to request is not listed above. I am new here. Thank you for having me.
The Protection I want and NEED as a Creator in imvu is something to KEEP from getting banned as a Creator when my shop is flagged by jealous idiots. I have had to hide my shop almost completely because of this and I have been banned as a creator twice now, I have tried to fight it on my own and no luck of course. I am artistic and love to create and now my creating career is over before it has actually even begun.

What are you creating? It would have to be against the TOS for you to get banned.

I believe I did not violate any TOS in imvu
The product that got me banned was labeled AP as it should of been for the blood. It was a wall hanging Art piece, an image of 2 women fully clothed, one woman a vampire feeding off a human womans arm, blood dripping on the fangs of the vampire woman and some blood on the human womans arm. Was my Gore Gallery Pic. #6. I did 10 Gore Gallery Art Portraits.
I believe I was malicouslly flagged by a jealous ass hole, I told imvu that and they could not tell me what TOS was violated as the item was already removed from my shop and I was banned for 30 days over it.

I had several years ago got banned for a particular piece of furniture it was just a bed with a few poses that show no connection at the pelvis what so ever. I had redev'd the item from it's original content and simply changed the color...I had a think for Purple then...lol. But anyways I suffered the 30 day ban. Now the object was not sold in catty it was hidden as I designed it specifically for myself and my partner. Researching and at the time a friend on the inside I found out the orginal item I dev'd off of was a decoy to catch people. As the original item remained and they were not banned after I explained the item I dev'd from was visible in catty. Although from the sounds of your Picture it does not sound as if it should of been banned because of the content of it but I will ask you anywhere on your picture is there a watermark or a copywrite seal? When you reproduce a Item if those are visible then they(IMVU) will pull the item and you will get Banned for posting a copywrite item which if they were investigated and found to allow dev's to show such they would have some heavy fines..So they do this to protect themselves. Even if you were to make a picture of a MONET you have to make sure his signature which he does sign his art work does not show. Although yes we look through the catty and see several items that are reproduced of items and bear these marks we are just the ones that get caught and as you say by those that have a vindictive bone in them. If you can please post the picture that you used and I will copy it and ask a Mod friend of mine as to why it was Flagged. In the meanwhile while you are banned play on a alt toon or create you a burner creating toon to be able to create items that you would feel would get you banned so that your Main will nto get the ban again after 3 bans I believe it is on such your account is perma banned.

Esbeth , thank you for your input and so sorry you had to suffer the 30 Day Ban as a Creator as well, I was taught to create by the best and No , no Water Mark or Trade Mark or any signature was on the image of mine that got banned & got me banned I can be sure of it. Also I did derive off my own Picture Frame Mesh so that rules out those posibilites, I have gone over it a thousand times in my head and have gone over the TOS in imvu the same. Was it an odd coincedence that I was banned the very next day I would not sleep with / have sex with that so called friend of mine? No I dont think so. He was angry and well should I say upset. We had some words and then I was banned next day.

Well to get someone banned it takes more then just one person to report you or that item before IMVU will really take a look at that item and find it offensive...Now I will say something as well...I dev'd a gown from a GA gown I did it in 3 colors red,black and white and they all cleared PR. I thought little of them as they covered the requirements that IMVU set forth. which leads to my next question are you Grandfathered in Creator or do you have VIP to be able to create? In any case do you have VIP? If so then my next is of interest to you....

A few days later the red dress, identical to the white and black dress, got flagged. the message says it was the generic message in my mail that it was reported...but actually it was IMVU who flagged it. I was hot under the collar as to why they would flag the one dress and place it as restricted and not the others so I went to chat help live and demanded answers ...I went through thier stupid scripting as they have to read what comes up on thier screens to you as to your questions and answers and finally I told the guy look I know you have to read a script but look I don't need to hear all that BS I want some honest answers and I want to talk to a person and not someone sounding like a robot just to appease me. So the guy skipped his scrip and began to show me pictures as to why it was flagged and told me that IMVu had flagged it. now this is the stupid ass part....First he told me you never use red as your base when creating somethign red as it dissappears on thier screening process ok who knew...I accepted this but then the pictures...he showed me as the character that was wearing my dress as it was doing actions as to where the underware to say would dissappear even though they were there. In normal instances it is there but he showed be 3 of the stupid actions such as the one where they are up in the air doing the splits where her underware disappeared and then another where her arms were way up above her hair and you could see half of her breasts...i forgot now what the third action was or what it showed...I was like dude do you really expect one that would buy a lovely gown to be doing those actions just to see what they will see??? I was like how flipping stupid can one et or anal at that fact. I was like if this is all then why is it banned and considered restricted if you say she is showing her privites and her breast then she is showing no more then a damn AP item...So he changed it from restricted to AP and allowed it back in the catalogue..But even so through all of this the Black and the white still remained GA. Go figure.

So I am saying if you really wish to get at these guys and find out exactly why you were banned over a picture then push them to tell you and make them show you why so that you will understand as not to make the same mistake again...Now althoguh if it was a actual person that flagged you they will not tell you as they wish to protect thier privacy. And I hate it when people look at your items or your Pics and flag you for a vendetta against you. If pictures offend you why look at them. Hell you are AP are you not allowed to have items that are Ap? smh

As I have suggested and will continue to suggest to IMVu is to have 2 different sites One created for those 21 and above and the other for those under 21 as so that the ones over 21 can have the freedom to explore the intimate side of IMVu as it is supposed to be while protecting the innocence of the younger ones. as well as keeping predators away from the children.

Anyways...Get after IMVU and make them show you why your picture was Flagged and to why you were banned for it..DO NOT give up be persistant. and yes you can use a alt account and refer to your orginal..

Thank you again Esbeth, I do have VIP Yes. I have inquired many times over the phone and over imvu chat help, I get nothing but will continue to try. They tell me since the item is gone they can not know. It is BS. As careful as I was I am scared to create again, and that is sad because I love it.

Ok do you have the orginal picture that you placed within the frame in your files? If so then the next time you speak with a crazy representative that knows diddly squat you send that file to them and ask them right then and there what it is about that photo that could get you banned. Stick in in thier faces...They deleted and banned you and so the proof for such is in thier court and they must present the reasoning as to why. You have a right to know why and to see why. Specially when you do not know what you did wrong to be able to correct the problem so that you do not duplicate it again. A lesson is not learned simply by banning you a explanation has to be given as to what it was that got you banned in the first place.

Now on being scared to dev again Don't let being ban stop you from doing something you love to do. Some of the best Dev's I have worked with have been banned several times through thier creating life and if that would of turned them away then some of the great items we have we would not have now a days. So keep on Deving and let the bans role off your back reread TOS and just try to abide by what it states.

Now as for Blood and gore....According to TOS if it contains blood or gore it is to be deemed AP.

Now one of the Moderators Badboy I have worked with him and spoken with him on prior mishaps with others and they have contacted him and he has helped them alot with understanding things. If you need answers Contact him with a PM and then explain the situation and such he will be able to help you alot and point you in the right direction. There is another one that is very Knowledgable a very old friend of mine he is no longer a Forums Moderator but is still helpful if you need information and help. his name is LestatDeLioncourt He is always glad to help and is a good person..I met him the first day he started IMVU and he has progressed way beyond what I would imagined.

Esbeth, Thank you for all that I will read and do all I can as alwayz , and no I do not have the image any more. I did not plan on using it again so deleted it unfortunately. If I kept every thing I did my computer would be over loaded lol. I do wish I had kept it though, now.
