You can wear only if you can access it, I think you can do this with T3de. PM D.M to see if it can be done.

IF it is in your inventory then you should be able to wear it even if it is hidden by the creator. But to purchase and wear something that is hidden it's impossible. Like Cedric said you have to own it. If you see something that is hidden that you would like to own try to find out the creator and ask them if you can buy it under the table. That is sending them the credits and them sending you the item. Just be careful and discreet if it is a BM item.
