My account was h4c|<7d & I was a longterm costumer for about three years, I was a VIP, & I just hope something can be do to help me out here. It was just last night when this all happened. Please, someone help me. :-/

Hi there!

I'm really sorry to hear that happened to you , but firstly try to contact IMVU staff via ticket . They will ask you several information such as your birthday,email and something details about the way you paid

Unfortunate accident.

Have you tried to recover your password? maybe your email wasn't changed (or at least you should be getting an email indicating that your email was changed).
if your email was changed too, try contacting imvu or hacking your account back.

I have done the ticket of course, & unfortunately the email I used for my account, I cannot remember the password. I have no idea on how to even h4c|< so that sucks. But thanks for the tips, I just need a little comfort until it all gets solved.

Which email provider did you use? There are advanced ways of recovering email passwords. depending on the email provider.

If he can't recover the password i think he can tell them that he lost access to the email , main thing is to remember the email .

Same. In my experience, as long as you remember the email address and can provide proof of payment ... they will change the email address on the account for you.

Sometimes though, it is hard to provide that proof of payment without access to the email account ... depends on what you used to pay.

I am so sorry to hear that! and unfortunate that you don't have access to your email as well...same thing just happened to me....i was not able to get the account back...Goodluck ...hope you get your account back... :wave:
