Another credit Generator (FAKE) - Warning • IMVU Mafias

So i notice new imvu account's gets targeted the most with the bs. lol so i made a new acc on imvu (an alt) for my own reasons.

since i made my account couple days ago, i have not gone into any chatrooms intill today. and then already i get a message such as:

hey

kateee
if you want free credits check out {link removed by moderators}

kateee
& if you could say i sent you that would be awesome

So sad i feel for the new users of imvu. Many might be in need of imvu credits and think this type of stuff is really Legit, but they are not. They are always malicious attempts for stealing usersnames and passwords. You should never ever click on their links nor give them your information :kat_emoji1:

There's no such thing as a real credit generator and there never will be.

youtube is packed with these fake generators. i do my best to warn new users about it when i see these type of links thrown in chat rooms but u know curiosity killed the cat.

I used to download these fake generators from YouTube and run them through a program to pull out the email address and password the infomations gets sent to. Then I'd log in and fuck with their email account. I have a tutorial on it in our White Hat section.

The only way to keep this away from imvu is quite easy, people should stop being desperate for credits. Okay thats not easy at all lolll

You can just go to your settings and change your settings for messages. You can pick do you want every1 to send you message or just your friends. My advice is if they are spamming you, you should do that.
