Umm.. for those who are not so fast in windows hackzor commands.
My brother has a computer on his own. He's got two Users on it.
One administrator, he forgot the password.
One normal User, wich needs password for installing anything etc.
So, if I get on his normal User, what exactly do I need to do?
I want to change the password of the Administrator User of course.
And I can't install any program. He has Windows Vista as I do.
So if there's a program needed I could install it on my computer and put
the files on his computer without actually installing it. Would that work?
I really need help on this one guys..

Hey, General Tony,
As i know...this trick still has to work...
You can start your computer in safe mode by pressing F11 before the windows logo shows up and starts loading . When you start your computer in safe mode it has an admin account that anyone can use.
If you start in a Safe Mode and get to "login" part, click the Administrator user on the login screen, there should not be a password for it.
From here you can defrag the PC and also access the User Accounts part of the control panel, where you can either delete the old admin user and create another, or just change the password. You don't need to know the old password, as the whole idea was that an admin could change someone's password if they forgot it.
Try it.
Also... i found this computer account password "h4c|< tool", which has good ratings.

I had a mini cd in iso format the other day that you could just use to h4c|< in when you are starting up. it can be hold on a 256mg flash drive will try and look for it for ya
