I've experienced the same thing.
Thought it had something to do with just getting into the website and not interacting with anything, but I guess not.

The bureaucracy to confirm a sale from the shop. 15 days to get credits from a sale is insane.

I find really stupid how they just ban your account sometimes for something that would be really easy to fix or for something that could be a set up against you, and they just don't offer anyway for you to defend yourself.
